Testing terms

Karst is a test, not a finished game. Playing it means accepting the following.

• The world will be wiped, more than once, before launch. Characters, items, land and buildings go with it. Planned wipes are announced in news; a bad bug can force one without notice.
• No guarantees. Servers go down, builds break things, features change or disappear. Time spent in the test is not refunded in any form.
• Marks bought with real money is final: no refunds, no transfer outside the game. Whether marks and land survive a wipe is stated in the news post for that wipe.
• Accounts may be removed for conduct: harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs on purpose, selling access or marks. A ban can be appealed once on the appeal page.
• Invites are vouching. Your account records who invited you and whom you invited. A ban for conduct travels up the tree, at least to the inviter, and unused codes can be revoked.

These terms will grow when there is a launch to grow them for. Changes are announced in news.
